METHODOLOGY

We follow a series of proven steps to execute a succesful transaction:

We get deeply involved with the client, collecting and analyzing information to understand their company, market, and needs. Profintec's preliminary analysis concludes with a Valuation of the business. 

Profintec and the client jointly define the deal structure. An MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) is signed with each party's position and the deal's objectives. 

Profintec creates a CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum) as a marketing tool to promote the business.

An external contingency analysis and due diligence by company is conducted, if needed. A Data Room is created, initiating the Promotion of the business.

Profintec enters negotiations on behalf of our client with the interested parties, which perform their own due diligence. 

With the client's approval, Profintec enters final negotiations and closes the deal.
